Arjan Sea Villas and Resort is a coastal retreat on Jamaica’s northern shore, shaped by a deep respect for the site and its natural rhythm. The project transforms the seaside edge into a carefully crafted beach while preserving the existing coves, vegetation, and coastal character, allowing architecture and landscape to grow together rather than compete.

The villas are arranged to frame views toward the Caribbean Sea, creating a gentle flow between built spaces and nature, where pathways, gardens, and shoreline blend into one continuous experience. Every element is designed to celebrate the coast, offering guests a calm and authentic connection to the island, one that feels rooted, thoughtful, and true to its environment.

Set on a 3,750 sqm plot in Bodrum, Vamos Lighthouse is a mixed-use development combining residential living with a boutique hotel experi­ence. The project consists of nine blocks, each containing two 2-bed­room units. Every unit Features two master bedrooms, a living area, kitchen and dining space, and a WC, designed to maximize comfort and functionality.   

Natural materials, stone, wood, and soft beige tones, define the aesthetic, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The landscape is a central focus, carefully designed to enhance the quality of life and add depth and interest to outdoor spaces. Two large swimming pools anchor the central area, while the front yards provide poolside seating and views, and the backyards offer private open spaces for outdoor dining and relaxation.

D Villa is a 3,000 sqm residence on a 40,000 sqm beachfront site, designed in collaboration with Foster+ Partners. Our team worked closely with the Foster design team while also managing permits, code compliance, construction drawings, and on-site coordination in Turkey to ensure the project's vision could be fully realized. 

The villa was conceived as a highly personalized home, with layouts carefully tailored to its users. We developed innovative materials and custom wall typologies, created specifically to trnnslate the design into built form. 

Embedded within the natural terrain, the architecture cuts into the topography so that the residence feels integrated with the landscape, while at the same time opening out toward the sea and its private beach.

Valley Villa is a 250 sqm, 4-bedroom, 5-bath residence nestled within a natural valley, designed to follow the land's existing topography. The layout carefully adapts to the slope, creating a harmonious flow between indoor and outdoor spaces, with terraces and landscaped areas that connect the home to its surroundings. 

The design emphasizes natural light, ventilation, and sustainable mate­rials, while subtle structural elements and wall typologies were devel­oped to enhance both functionality and aesthetics. Bedrooms and living spaces are positioned to maximize privacy without sacrificing views of the valley, and the overall arrangement creates a strong relationship between the villa and the natural environment. The result is a home that feels tucked into the landscape, offering comfort, practicality, and a deep connection to the valley setting. 

Set on a 4,059 sqm plot, Vamos Ortakoy is a residential development of eight villas, each offering around 200 sqm of internal space with three to four bedrnoms. The layouts include generous living areas, kitchens, and dining spaces, designed to balance privacy and shared family life. 

The architectural language takes inspiration from local traditions, com­bining slanted roofs, plaster finishes, and Bod rum stone to create a contemporary yet rooted character. Natural materials and earthy tones soften the overall aesthetic, blending the villas with their surroundings. Landscaped gardens and outdoor terraces extend living areas into nature, while private yards offer spaces for dining, relaxation, and leisure. 

Valley Residences & Hotel is a masterplanned development in Didim, Turkey, designed around an artificial valley that brings the community together. The valley serves as the central spine of the project, housing the main social, wellness, and commercial functions, while residential units are arranged around it in harmony with the landscape. 

The design blends natural topography with human-scale living, encour­aging movement, gathering, and a sense of belonging. The project focus­es on wellness, slow living, and nature, offering residents and guests a peaceful, connected lifestyle near the Aegean coast. 

From concept to future execution, the development reflects a balance between thoughtful architecture, environmental sensitivity, and a com­mitment to creating meaningful everyday experiences. 

The residential villas at Valley Residences are designed as peaceful retreats, nestled into the natural slope of the artificial valley that defines the masterplan. The villas are carefully placed to offer privacy, while maintaining strong visual and physical links to the surrounding landscape and shared community areas. 

The project is designed to offer a wide range of living experiences, shaped by both the landscape and the diverse needs of its future resi­dents. The masterplan features a thoughtful mix of villa typologies, including 2-bedroom townhouses, 3-bedroom twin villas, 3-bedroom standard villas in both single and two-floor layouts, premium villas with either 4 or 6 bedrooms, and three one-of-a-kind mansions. Each typolo­gy is carefully placed within the terrain to respond to views, privacy, solar orientation, and accessibility to shared amenities.

Kaya Villa is a 2,500 sqm residence situated on a 20,000 sqm sea-adja­cent plot in Kaplankaya. Our team collaborated closely with Foster+ Partners on design development and research, contributing to both the architectural vision and its practical implementation. 

The villa is notable for its use of rammed earth concrete, a traditional method in the region that we adapted to enhance sustainability, reduc­ing environmental impact while maintaining structural performance. Combined with exposed concrete cantilevers for the roof, we carefully addressed insulation challenges and ensured full compliance with Turk­ish building codes. 

The layout was meticulously designed to respond to the client's lifestyle, creating spaces that balance privacy, social interaction, and connection to the surrounding landscape. 

The hotel at Valley Residences is envisioned as the social and experien­tial heart of the development. Nestled within the central artificial valley, it oHers guests a unique connection to both nature and community. Rather than existing as a standalone structure, the hotel is woven into the landscape-surrounded by walking paths, gardens, and gathering areas that link it naturally to the residential zones and the rest of the masterplan. 

The architecture reflects the same language as the residences: earthy materials, soft edges, and low-impact design that blends into the sur­roundings. The hotel is not just a place to stay-it's a place to be part of a community, even for a short time. It provides a bridge between private retreat and shared experience, making it a central piece of the Valley's unique identity. 

This 15-story tower in Baghdad spans 36,690 sqm and brings together a modern interior language with subtle cultural references. The building offers 16 different unit types, combining a wide range of residential apartments with retail spaces at ground level, creating a lively and diverse environment.

Outdoor areas are shaped by water elements, shaded seating, and natural circulation paths that encourage everyday use while reinforcing the project’s architectural character. Carefully chosen plant species support sustainability and ensure comfort throughout the year. The result is a setting where nature and contemporary architecture work side by side, forming an outdoor space that feels both livable and distinctly urban.

Casa Lina is a boutique hotel located in the heart of Valletta, Malta, born from the careful renovation of a historic stone building. The project blends a modern classic design with a deep respect for Maltese architec­tural heritage, using traditional stone materials throughout to preserve the building's character while introducing contemporary warmth and comfort.

The hotel features six uniquely designed rooms, each inspired by a dif­ferent color drawn from Maltese culture, creating a personal and im­mersive experience for every guest.

Accessibility was a key part of the planning, ensuring that all visitors could enjoy the space with ease and comfort. 

Natural stone, warm materials, and subtle colors define a calm Mediterranean atmosphere throughout the project. The villas are arranged on terraced levels that follow the natural slope of the land, allowing each home to open toward its own distinct view and relationship with the landscape.

The development consists of five blocks, forming a total of eleven villas. Each one is positioned to balance privacy with openness, creating a quiet rhythm between architecture and nature that supports an easy, grounded way of living.

Al Jaara Project is a large-scale residential development in Baghdad, Iraq, situated along the banks of the historic Tigris River. With over 300 villas planned, the project reimagines modern living by placing water and nature at the heart o[ the community. A network o[ carefully cra[ted waterways flows through the development, connecting every villa to the water and creating a serene, refreshing environment that del"ines the identity of the neighborhood. 

The masterplan is designed around these waterways, with green corri­dors, walking paths, and shaded community spaces branching out from the central spine. The villa clusters vary in type and scale, oHering homes that suit a range of family sizes and lifestyles, all with direct visual or physical access to water. Parks, plazas, and retail are thought­fully placed to ensure a walkable, self-sustaining environment. 

This modern 5-bedroom villa, located in the heart of Florida, was designed with a focus on

clean lines, open space, and seamless indoor-outdoor living, characteristics that reflect the relaxed yet refined lifestyle of the region. 

The layout prioritizes flow and functionality. Upon entering, you're greeted by a double height foyer that leads into a spacious open-plan living area where the kitchen, dining, and lounge are integrated as one cohesive space. Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors blur the boundary between inside and outside, allowing natural light to flood the interiors and drawing attention to the pool and landscaped garden beyond. 

At Aurin Kizilagac, architecture speaks the language of nature where the texture of stone, the warmth of wood, and the calmness of green come together. 

Raw materials, clean geometry, and a calm brutalist tone facing Yalikavak Marina sits this boutique villa site in Bodrum. Consisting of four blocks, each divided into two units of 2-bedrooms each.
